SHIPPING INFORMATION: Food is shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 2 day ground. Free shipping on orders over $50 east of the Mississippi. Orders of $50 or less will be charged $10.95 shipping and handling.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATION POLICY:

WE GUARANTEE THE GRADE AND QUALITY OF OUR BEEF. Our beef is inspected daily by an on-site USDA inspector. This ensures that you'll receive only USDA Choice grade or higher quality beef.

WE GUARANTEE FRESHNESS. All of our products are fresh frozen immediately after processing. They are packed professionally and shipped with dry ice by FedEx 2 Day Ground. This allows Chef’s Preference to offer you a “100% quality guarantee”.

WE GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER. All cut portions are digitally weighed for accuracy and maintain USDA guidelines and standards. Your order is checked twice before packing to ensure accuracy.

NOTIFY CHEF'S PREFERENCE WITH ANY PROBLEMS. If you have any problems with the order, please contact us at 1-800-642-3802 within 2 business days. We will replace your order or refund your money if you are not 100% satisfied. Do not ship any product back to us before discussing it with our customer service department.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Will my food be frozen when it arrives? Yes. We pack your food in a cooler with enough dry ice to keep the food frozen solid until it arrives at your home.

2. Do I have to be at home when the food is delivered? No. FedEx will deliver to your doorstep even if you are not there.
